Invisibility, i wouldnt know, but by my opinion it does not.

Heat - Depends how you mean it. If you mean like making it warmer outside then its a yes.
          If you mean like making yourself warmer, than no.

An earthquake is the result of nature, the same as tornado's and hurricanes. If you can somehow managed to move the Earth's plates in a way that caused an earthquake, then yes that would be a form of weather. As you would be playing mother nature's role.

I don't think Earthquake is included in Weather since earthquakes don't affect the humidity, air pressure, temperature, and similar factors of weather. Earthquakes can only affect weather when the land level is changed (i.e. soil erosion) since it affects the direction of the winds and the rising and falling of cold and hot air.

Well, as Waether spell is in "Elemental Magic" section, there would not be any problem if you call it weather spell too..anyway..

You would change weather if you would make massive earthquake, but normal earthquakes are more or less unnoticeable for that task.
