Everyone can control their dreams.It's difficult in the beginning but after some time it will be easy.Just follow these steps:
1ºTry to relax as much as you can or you won't even sleep.
2ºTry to concentrate and feel the presence of everything around it will help you to stay concious when you dream.Focus on control your dream and nothing more.
3ºAfter you sleep try to recognize any signs that can show you that you are in a dream.Dreams are distortions of everything that ever saw before so it's normal to see things like mixed places or people talking non-sense things for example.
4ºWhen you finally see that you are in a dream be calm and don't try to do "too amazing things" or you will just awake or lost the control.
5ºAs long as you guarantee some stability try to modify small things around you and be patient.After some practice you will be able to do bigger and bigger things until you can do anything you want in the dream without awake or lost control.
6ºDepending on your willpower and your calm you will be able things like see the future,learn things that you would never know or don't know yet and talk with another person.Just wish .Sometimes things like this happen even without you do anything.
7ºThe only secret is to try and be calm and if it doesn't work try again and don't be discouraged.
