This is a spell for those who have a connection to fire, and who believe in pyromancy.
First, make a circle of candles around you. light them and sit in the lotus position in the middle, but be careful not to burn yourself. Meditate for a few minutes, imagining yourself as a flame. Feel for the candle flames surrounding you and imagine them being a part of you, that you can control them through your thoughts. Imagine that when you move, they will move as well. This is one way for you to attune yourself to fire energy. after at least a minute, imagine yourself as a flame but with a black spot where the pain is. imagine your energy and the candles' fire energy joining to burn the black spot so it goes up in smoke and is replaced with fire. this represents the pain going away.
The pain should stop immediately if it was minor, but you may have to repeat this ritual once per day to cure major wounds.
