Does anyone know what aerokinesis is? And if you do, what are the best ways of starting or practicing?

from wat im guessing aerokinesis is something to do with manipulating air or something i guess if so i guess the best thing to do would be meditate and then focus on moving the air in some way (big wind gust or blowing paper along the ground)

I'm not to sure i havn't done it myself so can't really tell but i hoped i helped in someway. Cheesy

It is just psychokenesis used on air.
It does not need special treatment really, although I will say to you not to expect making air balls that will blow up people or such.

Thanks, and no I wasn't planning on blowing people up with balls of air. I was actually wanting to know what it is so I can use it a form of meditation practice.

Never tried using aerokenesis as a form of meditation but it might work. Whatever fits to you.
