Materials: 1 quartz crystal (any color but clear works the best)
Pentagram (drawn on paper)
White candle (and matches)
Place the pentagram on the floor. Put the quartz inside of the pentagram, or on the point that represents your element. Chant: "I call the Ice of Eternity
Reveil your power now to me
Banish evil in our midst
Through time and space
Now bring your fist"
Take the pentagram and burn it in the flame of the white candle, and scatter the ashes outside. Keep the quartz in a safe place or on your person.
