* I put my home on the market at the end of January. Two weeks went by w/out one phone call. I found this spell and completed it. First thing the VERY next morning, I got a call from my agent for not one, but TWO showings that day! I continued doing the spell every other day or when I knew a showing was scheduled. Then one day, I forgot. A week goes by, then two weeks go by - no phone call. I realized I was not doing the spell, so I came back to it, completed it, and BAM! another two showings. * I didn't go outside but did the rest and we had an offer (albeit a low one) within a week. We had no offers before this even though ours is a hot market. Homes similar to ours were selling in days. We did end up countering and getting almost what we wanted for our house!
