Write the name of the person , first and last on a piece of paper. Then, write down
everything this person does that you would like them to stop. Wrap the piece of paper in
a piece of tin foil. Place it in the freezer. If you decide you no longer need the spell, toss
the foil in a fire saying:
My wish is no more, This person is free, Undo this spell without hurting thee.
